Authenticity & Warranty

AUTHENTICITY

Each pair of our sunglasses is accompanied by a unique authenticity card with serial number to certify the authenticity and quality of products.

Our sunglasses are designed and meticulously finished in Australia with highest production standards to the reputation of our SAINT DE PARIS & CREW No 9 brands.

INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY

Our glasses are not likely to be faulty given our vigorous quality control system. But if they are found faulty, please contact us immediately right after you receive them.

Our warranty of sunglasses covers ONE YEAR from the purchase date for technical defects. Our warranty DOES NOT cover:

• normal wear & tear from usage
• damage or faults caused by an accident, inappropriate use or negligence
• expose to water, heat or chemical, including cosmetics and perfume
• discoloration of the frames and metal rims due to exposure to external factors and aging
• loose hinge screws due to normal wear & tear.

Customers are expected to use our sunglasses with reasonable care, avoiding strong impact on the frames and lenses, avoiding contact with water, especially sea water.
