Product colours

We do our best to ensure that our photos are as true to colour as possible. However, due to inconsistencies in monitors, digital photography and production variations, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your screen accurately portrays the true colour of the product.

Returns

ALL PRODUCTS CAN'T BE RETURNED. We only offer exchanges for the same sunglasses model if they are  found defective. So please take your time to know well about the products and make up your mind about the purchase. 

Our glasses are not likely to be faulty given our vigorous quality control system. But if they are found faulty, please contact us immediately right after you receive them.

Customers are expected to use our sunglasses with reasonable care, avoiding strong impact on the frames and lenses, avoiding contact with water, especially sea water

Exchanges

Exchanges will only be accepted if SAINT DE PARIS & CREW No 9 deem an item as faulty.
