Order & Shipping

ORDER

Orders can be placed on this Website and paid by all the common international credit and debit cards. 

At the moment we don't accept orders to ship to Vietnam. Please contact us on Messenger if you want the sunglasses delivered to an address in Vietnam. 

Our credit/debit card information is taken by the payment gateway service provider, Shopify. SAINT DE PARIS & CREW No 9 do not keep your credit/debit card data.

All the orders are captured manually based on product availability.  So the order is only confirmed as final after you receive an email or message from SAINT DE PARIS & CREW No 9 stating we have accepted the order. 

You are encouraged to contact us via Messenger   to check the status of your order after you place the order

Most of the orders are processed within 3 working days from the date of acceptance. Then they will be shipped out from Melbourne, Australia.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

ALL PRODUCTS CAN'T BE RETURNED. We only offer exchanges for the same sunglasses model if they are  found defective. So please take your time to know well about the products and make up your mind about the purchase. 

Our glasses are not likely to be faulty given our vigorous quality control system. But if they are found faulty, please contact us immediately right after you receive them.

Customers are expected to use our sunglasses with reasonable care, avoiding strong impact on the frames and lenses, avoiding contact with water, especially sea water, rain and sweat. 

SHIPPING

SAINT DE PARIS & CREW No 9's products are shipped domestically and internationally from Melbourne, Australia using Australia Post (Auspost) and its partners around the world, which in most cases are the Post Offices in the destination countries. 
Sometimes, we upgrade our shipping to DHL for orders with large quantity.

We do not ship to Vietnam currently.

We are not liable for losses during the shipping process or at the delivery address:

Australia Post and its partners will require your signature on delivery of your parcel. If nobody there to sign for it, they will take the parcel to the local post office on the same day. You will need to bring your ID to the local post office to collect it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you or to any other person for any loss or damage that may be suffered, as a result of any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, by or on behalf of Australia Post and its partners in relation to the loss or damage to any parcel, including, but not limited to:
          A. where it is left at the delivery address in any location as requested pursuant to this Service;
          B. where it is left at a delivery address in a manner that is inconsistent with the delivery instructions specified in the request for the Service; or
          C. where it is not left at the delivery address, and requires collection from a local Auspost Office; except to the extent that such loss or damage as a direct result of our fraud or willful misconduct.

Shipping time:

  • In Australia: 

    • Auspost Express: 2 business days

  • To other countries:

    • Auspost International: 6-10 business days.

Please note: 

  • Shipping time above are estimated by our logistic service providers. Delivery time can also be affected by pandemics, customs clearance, weather and strikes.
  • You will be provided a tracking number after the goods are dispatched
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the local office to confirm the status of the shipment, especially in case of assumed loss and/or failed delivery. The provided tracking number is the reference to locate the shipment with the local post office.

Australian GST (General Sales Tax): all prices that you see have included 10% GST 

Import taxes & fees

By placing the order, the buyer agrees to pay import duty and other fees in their country.  

Please make sure you are aware of the minimum value for import duty and the import tax for sunglasses (HS code: 900410) in your country before placing the order.

If the item arrives in your country and you refuse to pay for the import taxes and fees, they will be abandoned. SAINT DE PARIS & Crew No 9 will not refund you the product cost. If they are returned to us in Australia, you will have to pay for the shipping costs for both ways and restocking fee.
