Orders can be placed through this website and paid for using all major international credit and debit cards.

For secure transactions, payment details are processed exclusively by Shopify. SAINT DE PARIS & CREW No 9 does not store any credit or debit card information.

Once your order is accepted via email, based on product availability, it will typically be processed within three business days.

As soon as your package is dispatched from Melbourne, Australia, we will activate your parcel number and send you a tracking link via email. If you do not receive the tracking details, please reach out to our team. Contact us here.


RETURN & EXCHANGE

Please note that all products are non-returnable for change of mind. We only offer exchanges for the same sunglasses model if they are found to be defective. To ensure satisfaction, we encourage you to carefully review product details before making a purchase.

Our sunglasses undergo rigorous quality control to minimize defects. However, if you receive a faulty pair, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order for assistance.

To maintain longevity, customers should handle our sunglasses with reasonable care, avoiding strong impacts on the frames and lenses, and preventing exposure to water—particularly sea water, rain, and sweat.

SHIPPING & LIABILITY POLICY

SAINT DE PARIS & CREW No 9 ships products both domestically and internationally from Melbourne, Australia via Australia Post (Auspost) and its global partners, which are typically the local Post Offices in the destination country.

Liability During Shipping

Australia Post and its partners require a signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign, the parcel will be taken to the local post office the same day for collection. You will need to bring your ID to pick up your package.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAINT DE PARIS & CREW No 9 will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by Australia Post or its partners, including but not limited to:

  • If the parcel is left at the requested delivery location.

  • If the parcel is delivered in a manner that differs from specified instructions.

  • If the parcel is not delivered directly and requires collection from a local post office.

Shipping time:

  • In Australia: 

    • Auspost Express: 2 business days

  • To other countries:

    • Auspost International (EMS): 6-10 business days.

Please note: 

  • The estimated delivery times are based on our logistics service providers and may be influenced by factors such as pandemics, customs clearance processes, weather conditions, or strikes.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the local post office to confirm the shipment status, particularly in cases of suspected loss or failed delivery. The tracking number serves as the primary reference for locating your parcel with the postal service.

Australian GST (General Sales Tax): all prices that you see have included 10% GST

Import taxes & fees

By placing an order, the buyer agrees to pay any import duties and additional fees required by their country.

Before purchasing, please check the minimum value for import duty and the import tax rate for sunglasses (HS code: 900410) in your country.

If the package arrives and you choose not to pay the import taxes and fees, the item will be abandoned and SAINT DE PARIS & Crew No 9 will not provide a refund for the product cost. If the package is unclaimed and returned to us in Australia, you will be responsible for both-way shipping costs and a restocking fee.
